Privacy Policy
First Prompt is an inclusive AI adoption lab founded by Mara Bolis. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Names and email addresses when you sign up for our programs or communications, plus standard website analytics. We do not sell your data. Ever.
Research
First Prompt conducts studies on AI adoption with an emphasis on women's experiences. Participation in any survey or research program is optional. We obtain consent before collecting research data, participation data is anonymized before it's used in our research, workshops, or advisory work, and we only share your story publicly or use your name in published stories or communications if you have explicitly given us permission.
Mailing list
Our mailing list is hosted on Substack. If you subscribe, you enter your email address on Substack's site, not ours, and Substack's privacy policy governs what you give them there. You can unsubscribe at any time. We may use the list to share writing on women, gender and AI, and periodic updates about First Prompt.
Third-party services
We use standard email and scheduling tools. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services. Our content posting integration for TikTok (@maratalksai) only posts content to that account. It does not collect or store any TikTok user data.
Your control
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing mara@firstprompt.net.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Terms of Service
Content ownership
All content produced by First Prompt is owned by Mara Bolis and First Prompt and may not be reproduced without permission.
Programs
Our workshops and programs are educational. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
Liability
First Prompt is not liable for any damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our tools.
Third-party platforms
Where our programs use integrated services such as TikTok (@maratalksai) or Riverside.fm, your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
